Launch MyApps (
https://myapps.microsoft.com/
)
Open Bookings
Click on “Go to booking page”
Set up Public or Private booking page
Configure your meeting information – make sure to check “Append your personal booking page in your email signature.” And click Save.
Publish your page
Click Share > Email signature settings
Edit Email Signature settings and select Save
Quit Outlook and re-open, you should now have a Bookings link in your signature
