What Is It?

LiveSafe is an emergency notification system capable of sending users text and email messages along with emergency messages to a LiveSafe app.  

Who Is Eligible to Use It?

  • Faculty
  • Staff
  • Students

Where Can I Get It?

Students, staff, and faculty members of Northeast Community College are automatically subscribed. Wayne State College and UNMC students who attend class in one of Northeast's buildings including those located in Norfolk, South Sioux City, West Point and O'Neill need to download the LiveSafe app (put the QR code here) to sign up for messages. What should I do if I get a call on this product?

  • Employee Safety Training is owned by the office of the Director of Risk Management. All questions about the app, access, and the trainings can be directed to Melanie Thompson (mthomp18@northeast.edu).  
  • SSO (Single Sign On) issues can be addressed to NIS.
