What Is It?
The Data & Strategic Analytics team will find the data you need for reporting, validation, or decision-making purposes. We are able to pull data from Banner, Canvas, and many other sites and informational areas. Most requests are completed within three weeks, though it may take longer depending on the difficulty or our current workload.
Request One-Time Data: select this if you need data for a singular event, such as a one-off report or event.
Request a new report or modification to an existing report: select this option if you need access to the data at some recurring interval, such as process review or data quality validation.
Request a Dashboard: use this option if you know that you will need to review the information often within recurring intervals. This option is best for decision-making or simple reporting.
Request a Study or Perform Research: this option is available if there is a need to compare groups, such as the success of one group of students vs another. This request generally takes much longer to fulfill and will require more involvement from you to ensure the correct methodology.

What Can I Expect?
Support Tiers
Tier 1 - Technology Services Support: Faculty, staff, and students who contact support would receive help with escalation to a predefined technology team who provides expert support.
