What Is It?

Printing is managed at Northeast to ensure proper delivery of printouts and efficient budgeting of copies across departments.

  • Faculty
  • Staff

Where Can I Get It?

When you become a student or start employment at the college, you are given a card to retrieve copies or prints from any printer across our various locations.

How Do I Use It?

Sending a document to print is simple.  Login to a Northeast computer and open the document you want to print.  Choose the Print option and look for the PaperCut notification.  Follow the prompts to make your printer selections and then go to retrieve your print at any of the networked printers across campus.

What Can I Expect?

Support Tiers

Tier 1 - Technology Services Support: Any eligible person who contacts support would receive help with escalation to a predefined Northeast technology team.
