Printers were allocated across campus in 2020 according to the perceived usage of each area. Over time, we now have access to data on which printers are being used and which are underutilized. If there is a printer in your area that you believe is not being used enough or would like one moved into your area, please request it and we will review the usage and discuss options available to you.

Support Tiers
Tier 1 - Technology Services Support: Faculty and students who contact support would receive help with escalation to a predefined technology team who provides expert support.
