What Is It?

Electronic mail is sending messages distributed by electronic means from one computer user to one or more recipients via a network.  The college standardizes on using Outlook as our email client to send messages.

Who Is Eligible to Use It?

  • Faculty
  • Staff
  • Students

Where Can I Get It?

All faculty and staff get an email account created for them upon the start of their employment.  Students receive an email account upon their enrollment at the college.

How Do I Use It?

You can access your email account online after you login to My Apps (https://myapps.microsoft.com/)

Tier 1 - Technology Services Support: Any eligible person who contacts support would receive help with escalation to a predefined Northeast technology team.
