What Is It?
Before sending out a mass email campaign it's required that you verify all of the email addresses you are sending to are accurate. To do this, you can submit the list to Technology Services and they will run them through a verification process. Your list will get returned to you with groups of verified and not-verified addresses so that you can improve your delivery and read rates by only sending to the verified addresses.

Tier 1 - Technology Services Support: Faculty and students who contact support would receive help with escalation to a predefined technology team who provides expert support.
