The purpose of this form is to notify and start a conversation with the TS Security Exception Committee. Any exception to current security protocols or accepted standards must be reviewed and approved by the Committee before they can be implemented. This review process allows the Committee to fairly and critically evaluate requested exceptions on a case-by-case basis. This process also allows the Committee to track and review approved exceptions on a regular basis.
