Process - Personal Macbook Office 365 not Activated Error

 

Purpose

To fix not being able to save in Office 365 files on student's personal Macbook device. Office not activated with student's Northeast account.

This will direct you to Microsoft troubleshooting website to install a license removal tool.

NOTE: This is only for student's personal devices, please make student aware of what you're installing. Please ask student if this is okay to install.
