Add your picture to your Profile

To add your picture to your Office 365 profile, follow these steps:

  1. Open Outlook
  2. File and select Office Account in the lower left corner.
  3. Click on Change Photo located in the upper left area.
  4. A new page displays.  Where your picture is (or would be) select the camera icon and Upload a new photo.
  5. Note: If you don't have a copy of your headshot please contact the Public Relations office and get it from them or schedule a new headshot to be taken.  Please do not use a picture you take yourself.
  6. Find your picture and click on "Open"
  7. Adjust the picture as needed and click "Apply" to save your changes.

Your new profile picture should now be visible in Office 365.  Note that it may take some time for the picture to propagate across all Office 365 services.
