To help assist Students and Faculty with initial troubleshooting and answering questions through the Canvas Help button.

Procedures

  1. Login to your online course in Canvas.
  2. Click on the help button on Canvas
  3. Once there click the appropriate resource 
  4. Chat and follow the prompts to assist you with your needs
  5.
