On your computer, search for "Adobe Creative Cloud" and open it.
In Adobe Creative Cloud, look for "Adobe Express". If you don't see it, click on "Apps in your plan"
Once you click Adobe Express, it will open in a browser.
In the search bar, type "caption video" and click the Caption Video option
Upload your already existing video
Once it gets done uploading the video, your video will appear with captions.
On the right side, you have the options to edit the words in the caption as they appear on screen and to change the font
