Access Denied on Kaltura Video

Sometimes, a Kaltura video that has been shared will display an Access Denied message. Here are some things to try:

  1. Do a hard refresh (CTRL+F5)

  2. Wait a few minutes and try again

  3. Basic internet troubleshooting

  4. Third-party cookies could be the cause (see below).

  5. Use the internal Canvas media tool.

    • Go to the Rich Content Editor, select Insert menu > Upload/Record Media.  Canvas should guide you through the rest.

To enable third-party cookies, follow the steps below, depending on your browser. Settings may vary depending on the version of the browser or OS being used.
