How to get Started:
Log in to the computer
Turn on the projector(s) by clicking the power button on the top left of the remote
When Completed:
Sign out of the computer
Turn off the projector(s) by clicking the power button on the top left of the remote
Troubleshooting:
Projector Issues:
Display
Assure that the display source is set to HDMI 1
This can be done by cycling through the sources using the “Source Search” button on the top right of the remote
Assure that all cables are properly plugged into the computer
Audio
Assure that the projector isn’t muted by increasing the volume
Power
Go to the projector(s) and press the power button on the bottom of the projector
Computer Issues:
Display
Assure that the Project settings on the computer are set to “Extend” or “Duplicate”
For Extend, press Windows Key + P then click “Extend”
For Duplicate, right click on the background of the desktop then click Display Settings
Click on the monitor with 2 on it
Click on the bottom right drop-down box and select “Duplicate desktop on 2 and 3”
Select “Keep Changes” on the pop-up window
Audio
Assure that the Sound Output is set to the projector(s)
This can be done by clicking on the Media Center (button with the Wi-Fi and Sound icons in them)
Click on the Sound Output button next to the volume slider
Select “EPSON PJ (HD Audio Driver for Display Audio)”
