Service Center Best Effort Support
The Northeast Community College Service Center will offer best effort support for certain services here at Northeast. When there is no subject matter expert available on staff, the Service Center team will diligently research these requests and incidents and collaborate with other team members to find a resolution. The Service Center will do its best to make known in the documentation which services will be supported with best effort support. It is essential to note that a guaranteed resolution for these requests and incidents cannot be assured.
