The TV screen should have an IP address in the bottom left corner of the screen
The IP address will begin with https:// and be preceded by a combination of numbers and periods

You can select the button that states your operating system, for example, it might say “Windows”
The download should start; however, your browser might block the download, you should be able to interact with the message and confirm that you would like to download it
For example, Google allows you to click the “Keep” button to continue with the download
You can then navigate to your Downloads folder on your laptop and double-click the downloaded file
Then just follow the guide for starting the software and a code should appear on the TV screen once you are past the setup of the AirMedia application
You might be prompted about Firewall settings; you can just click cancel on that window
Once done using the room, you can select to disconnect in the Crestron AirMedia application and then select the “Power Off” icon on the Crestron tablet and then select “Shut Down”
For Repeated Users:
After clicking the “Start Presenting” button, you should be prompted to open the Crestron AirMedia application
After clicking “Open Crestron AirMedia”, the application should open, and a code will show up on the TV
You might be prompted about Firewall settings; you can just click cancel on that window
Once done using the room, you can select to disconnect in the Crestron AirMedia application and then select the “Power Off” icon on the Crestron tablet and then select “Shut Down”
For PC:
Assure that the input is set to “Display Port 2”, using the “DisplayPort2” button to change inputs
Verify that the keyboard and mouse power buttons are in the on or “I” position
Verify that the PC is turned on, which is located behind the right side of the TV
Then you can tap a button on the keyboard or mouse to wake the computer up
You can then sign in and use the PC
The volume output will most likely be set to the TV speaker, and you can adjust the volume via the media center in the bottom right of the screen
You can also choose the sound bar as the audio output by selecting the “Echo Cancelling Speakerphone (HuddleSHOT)”
Once done using the room, make sure to sign out and turn the keyboard and mouse off
