Getting new technology is always an exciting time. Getting it installed, configured and working isn't always as exciting. Technology Services is happy to help you setup your new technology and help you ensure you get the most out of it.

How Do I Use It?
Setup of new technology is included in anything that is purchased through Technology Services. If you purchase a new wireless keyboard or mouse (or other devices) and would like help setting them up, fill out a request.
What Can I Expect?
Support Tiers
Tier 1 - Technology Services Support: Any eligible person who contacts support would receive help with escalation to a predefined Northeast technology team.
