What Is It?

Employee onboarding is the process that takes place after you are hired at the institution.  It involves getting all of your accounts setup, your technology ready to use, and your phone and other systems active to make your first day a success.

  • Faculty
  • Staff

This process is managed by the Human Resources office.  Please contact them for assistance and questions.

What Can I Expect?

Support Tiers

Tier 1 - Technology Services Support: Faculty and students who contact support would receive help with escalation to a predefined technology team who provides expert support.
