What Is It?

Telephone service is provided on campus to connect each of our faculty and staff with each other and those off-campus.  Most office locations have access to a phone that can be programmed in a number of ways.

Who Is Eligible to Use It?

  • Faculty
  • Staff

Where Can I Get It?

You can request a new phone, move a phone or get help with your phone or voicemail by using the buttons on the right.

How Do I Use It?

You can direct dial any extension from any on-campus phone.  To access an outside line, you must dial "9" first.  If there is an emergency - you can dial 911 to be connected with the emergency operator.

What Can I Expect?

Support Tiers

Tier 1 - Technology Services Support: Any eligible person who contacts support would receive help with escalation to a predefined Northeast technology team.
