Storefront (formerly Eventbrite)

Storefront Use Protocols
When a department plans to host an event such as a conference, workshop, or student activity (e.g., a 5K run) the Storefront may be used only if the following conditions are met:

 

  • The event is not eligible to be established as a credit or non-credit course in Banner Student;

  • The event requires an online participant registration process; and

  • The event requires online collection of registration fees, if applicable.


Request Process
Departments meeting the above criteria must submit a request by completing the Storefront Event Request Form – Fill out form no later than one month prior to the event being advertised. Upon submission, Student Accounts will review the request and contact the department if additional information or clarification is needed.
