Project Status Report: Maclay - New Building Project Percent Completed: 58% Total Budget: $25,800,000.00 Planned Completion Date: Mon 7/21/25 Summary: Project Update Report from Technology Services: Maclay Building Date: May 12, 2025 General Updates Project Schedule: Still on track. Next Hausman/OAC meeting scheduled for June 4 at 9:30 AM. Furniture Installation: First meeting scheduled for May 14. Led by Chris Rutten. Direct furniture questions to Chris or Shawn. Classroom Ed Services Scheduling Plans: Plan A: Use current class locations. Plan B: Transition to Maclay if ready. Need to ensure technology in Maclay supports scheduled classes (hardware/software compatibility). Technology & Infrastructure Learning Technology Standards: Finalization needed. Information to be shared with CT&L. Software Requirements: Create a comprehensive list of software required per course to align with classroom setup. Network & AV Progress (per Field May): All network switches racked, pending connection post-change freeze. Wireless Access Point installation to begin this week. AV installation by ECC is underway (Crestron, screens), based on existing documentation. Remote access (Zoho Assist) set up for ECC. Some network drops pending furniture arrival (8 drops). Computer Equipment: All computers received. Four additional printers secured: lease terms pending.
