Summary of OAC Meeting on 1/8/2025:

Hausmann reviewed the schedule as follows: 

• Terrazzo floors have been poured. The terrazzo floor is now being grinded throughout. 
• Lights are being installed, and Model is working its way with lights around the building. 
• Glass is being installed on the south elevation. 
• Drywall finishes are taking place in Area E, on the south west corridor of the building and in the north west vestibule. 
• Painting is working its way throughout the building, currently in the corridors, then continuing into the classrooms that are ready for paint. 
• Tile is being installed in Area B.
  • They are likely to move to the west restrooms and finish with the corridors.
• Troubleshooting startup for the air handling units started Monday and is occurring this week.
  • The boilers will be started up the week of January 20th. From there, the units would be startup up to start conditioning the building and following the mechanical unit startup plan distributed by Hausmann. 
  • Once the boilers and units are started, the building will start acclimating.
• Finishers will begin to arrive on-site and will start being installed.
• NECC informed their subcontractor for wire pulling (Applied Connective) informed the cable tray and data sleeves in the data room are needed to commence their work on-site. 
  • Hausmann informed they would discuss with Model Electric to continue working on this to allow the wire pulling to start.

TS had conversation with Hausmann to help coordinate the work that Applied Connective is doing. Topics discussed were:

• Ceiling grid installation
• Holes for low voltage cable in penthouse floor
• Data ladder rack installation
• Electrician timeline on ladder rack and drilling holes 
• Kevin will be liaison for Applied and Model to coordinate timelines on work to be completed by Applied Connective

Blockers:

Applied Connective is delayed in the installation of the low voltage data cables until the holes are drilled and the data ladder rack is installed. 
 

Next Steps:

• Next OAC meeting is scheduled to occur February 5 at 9:30 am.
• First kick-off internal TS meeting is scheduled for January 14 at 1 pm.
