Go to AutoDesk Education Home and under Request or Renew Product, click "Select product".

Under "AutoCAD," click "Select Product".

Under the Student option, click "Select"

Once you select your student plan, you will get the following prompt: "Continuing requires verification that you are a student at a qualified educational institution."Hit continue, and then at checkout, it asks you to fill out the following fields.

Once you have filled out the following fields with the correct information, the website will then take a moment to verify if everything you provided matches the educational institution.

If everything matches, then hit the "Submit" button, and you should be directed to a screen congratulating you and saying you should check the email you provided earlier for account setup.


Once you find the email, hit the "Complete account setup" button, and it should direct you to a page where it is asking you to create a password and confirm your first name and last name.

Once you have successfully created your password, it should confirm that by providing a check mark and letting you hit continue to take you to the following page.

Once here, select "AutoCAD" again, and it should direct you to a page where you can hit the button "Access Products".

Next, you should arrive at a page asking you which version of "AutoCAD" you would like to install.

Once you choose your version, it should successfully install in the top right corner of your screen in your browser.

Once the web browser download finishes, you should click on it and launch it. It should start running this prompt below.

Once that is done, you should be prompted with this pop-up confirming which version of "AutoCAD" you are trying to download.

It also gives you the option to select where to install "AutoCAD" on your computer.

It gives you an option to download additional components for the application.

After this, it should start finalizing the installation process.

After installation is complete, you should get a prompt asking you to reboot your computer.

Once your computer reboots, run "AutoCAD" again, and it should be ready to use.

Congratulations! You now have "AutoCAD" installed.
