CRM Recruit - Mobile App Set Up

  1. Go to your appropriate app for downloading mobile apps 

  1. Google Play, App Store, Windows Store 

  1. Seach for “Dynamics 365” and download the appropriate app 

  1. The app looks like this:  

  1. Will say either “Dynamics 365 for Phones” or “Dynamics 365 for Tablets:

  1. Once installed, you will be prompted to enter an Institution Name.

  4. Enter the appropriate web address based on the app you would like to access 

 

**Best Practices is to only have one Recruit App configured on your mobile device 

       5. Sign in using your single sign-on credentials 

                   a. Use “Other Organization” when prompted 

  1. If you get a “Bad Request-Header Field Too Long” Error, you can click the hamburger menu and continue working

Recruit App Functionality: 

  • Create/view Person 

  • Create/view Opportunity 

  • View/Manage Applications 

  • View/Manage Application Folders 

  • Track and Manage Recruiting-related travel and events 

**Not all Recruit functionality exists within the CRM Mobile App
