Setting "Do Not Disturb" for Cisco Call in Teams

Cisco Call within Teams follows your Microsoft Teams status. To prevent incoming calls and send them directly to voicemail, set your Teams status to Do Not Disturb:

  1. Open Microsoft Teams.

  2. Click on your profile picture in the top right corner.

  3. Select Do Not Disturb from the status options.

Once enabled, you won’t receive call notifications until you change your status. See the image below for reference.

Setting "Do Not Disturb" in the Mobile App (Android & iPhone)

To enable Do Not Disturb in the mobile app, follow these steps:

  1. Open the app and tap your profile image.

  2. Select Availability.

  3. Choose Do Not Disturb.

  4. Set the duration:

    • Choose from preset options (30 minutes to 14 days).

    • Or, select Custom to set a specific date and time for it to turn off automatically.

Your status will remain in Do Not Disturb mode until the selected time expires or you manually change it.
