Honorlock Install and Troubleshooting

  • Install the Honorlock Extension | Honorlock Help Center (kb.help)
    • Chrome Extension (only supported in Chrome)
  • Can't enable Honorlock Extension
    • Student has Honorlock extension installed but it cannot be enabled so they can take their proctored exam.  If the student has other extensions, you must disable them until you find the culprit.  An example of a competing extension is Proctorio.
