AAHB-136 Classroom Technology Use

How to get Started:

1. Log in to the computer
2. Assure that the audio output on the computer is set to the “Echo Cancelling Speakerphone (HDL300)” to use the wall-mounted sound bar
3. Power on the Creston device
4. Assure all TVs are powered on, besides the one behind the desk
5. Assure that the “Presentation PC” is selected

To use the Document Camera:

1. Power on the document camera
2. Select “Document Camera” on the Creston device

When Completed:

1. Sign out of the computer
2. Select System Power on the Creston device then select Confirm
   1. The Creston device will eventually go to sleep after some time
3. Turn off the document camera by holding down the power button

Troubleshooting:

Sound Bar Issues:

• Microphone
  • Assure that the “Echo Cancelling Speakerphone (HDL300)” is selected as the microphone
    • This can be done by going to the Windows Search Bar then typing in “Sound Setting” and pressing Enter
    • In the Input section, click the box below “Choose your input device” then select “Echo Cancelling Speakerphone (HDL300)”
