Installation Guide: CodeTwo User Photos for Office 365
Introduction
This Install guide is for users who need CodeTwo User Photos for Office 365 installed on their computer. This software cannot be automated by Intune, so it needs to be installed per-user.
Prerequisites
No prerequisites required. You must have Global Admin, User Administrator, or People Administrator administrative roles in Entra in order to update Employee Photos. Admin permissions are not required for this install.
Step-by-Step Instructions
- Download the installer from www.codetwo.com/freeware/user-photos-for-office-365-download
- Run the installer
- Follow through the installer steps
- When the installer finishes press Sign In. Sign in with your @northeast.edu credentials. Do not hit Keep me signed in for security reasons.
- Software is now installed and ready for use as long as the needed Entra permissions are assigned.
