What do I need to know about a Work Request?
- A Work Request must be scheduled at least 2 weeks prior to the preferred completion date.
- If this request includes moving a tagged inventory item, you will be required to prepare and attach an Inventory Transfer Form prior to submitting your request.
How Do I Submit a Work Request?
