What is a repair?
A repair is work that is restoring or replacing existing parts of a building or grounds that are broken or not functioning properly.
What is not a repair?
Installing new items, changing décor, or changing any function of any part of a building. Service type requests such as moving furniture, hanging banners, etc. are not considered a repair request.*
To request a repair simply submit a ticket and include the following information:
- Contact information (Name and Phone/Email)
- Explanation of the problem (please be specific)
- Name of the building/or nearest building if applicable
- Room number or location where the problem exists
*For any request that does not meet the definition of a repair use the Physical Plant Work Request.
