Google Chrome

1. At the top right, click the 3 dots
2. Click Delete browsing data...
3. At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.
4. Next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files," check the boxes.
5. Click Clear data.
6. Close out of all Google Chrome windows.

Microsoft Edge

1. In Edge, select Settings and more  in the upper right corner of your browser window. 
2. Select Settings  > Privacy, search, and services.
3. Select Choose what to clear under Clear browsing data > Clear browsing data now. 
4. Under Time range, select All Time.
5. Make sure Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files are selected
6. Select Clear Now
7. Close out of all Microsoft Edge windows

Firefox

1. At the top right select the 3-bar hamburger menu, then Settings
2. Select Privacy and Security
3. Under Cookies and Site Data select Clear Data…
4. Make sure both boxes are checked, then select Clear
5. Close out of all Firefox windows
