✅ Before You Begin
Make sure:

You're signing in one your college provided Onedevice.

You're using the Microsoft Teams desktop app (not the web version in a web browser).
-
You’re connected to the internet (on-campus or offsite).
How to Sign In

Open Microsoft Teams
Can’t Find Teams?
If you don’t see a Microsoft Teams icon on your taskbar or desktop, you can search for it:

Click the Start button (Windows icon) or tap the Search bar at the bottom of your screen.

Type "Teams" in the search box.

Click on the Microsoft Teams app in the search results (look for the purple icon above).
Once You're Inside Teams

Look for the Cisco Call App

Sign In to Cisco

Click the "Sign in" or "Continue" button to sign into Cisco Call.

If prompted by a pop-up, sign in using your Northeast email (user@northeast.edu).

- 911 & Emergency Calling
- If prompted, accept the emergency calling notification pop-up.

- If prompted, add your emergency/911 location infromation - this information directs emergency services to your location in the event 911 is dialed from your Cisco Call / Webex Mobile client.

You’re ready to make and receive calls through Microsoft Teams using your Northeast phone number.
