Purpose

To show how to update information on a ticket or add a comment

 

Procedures

Describe the process in detail using flow charts and/or hierarchical checklists

Step 1

Open the Service Center Self-Service Portal.

Can be found here: Self-Service Portal 

Or by click on the Service Center icon in your MyApps

Step 2

Click on "View My Tickets"

Step 3

Click on the ticket you would like to update or leave a comment.

Step 4

At the bottom of the ticket, you will see a "Comment" and an "Update" button.

Step 5

After writing your comment, click Save

You will see your comment show up in the Feed at the bottom of the page.
