WELR-105A Classroom Technology Use

How to get Started:

1. Log in to the computer
2. Turn on the projector(s) by clicking the power button on the top left of the remote

To use the Document Camera:

1. Power on the document camera
2. Press the S-Video button the Video Input Switch below the document camera

When Completed:

1. Sign out of the computer
2. Turn off the projector(s) by clicking the power button on the top left of the remote
3. Turn off the document camera by holding down the power button

Troubleshooting:

Projector Issues:

• Display
  • Assure that the Output is to Main
    • This can be done by pressing the MAIN button below INPUT on the pullout pad
  • Assure that all cables are properly plugged into the document camera

Computer Issues:

• Display
  • Assure that the Project settings on the computer are set to “Extend” or “Duplicate”
    • For Extend, press Windows Key + P then click “Extend”
    • For Duplicate, right click on the background of the desktop then click Display Settings
    • Click on the monitor with 2 on it
    • Click on the bottom right drop-down box and select “Duplicate desktop on 2 and 3”
    • Select “Keep Changes” on the pop-up window
• Audio
  • Assure that the Sound Output is set to the projector(s)
    • This can be done by clicking on the Media Center (button with the Wi-Fi and Sound icons in them)
    • Click on the Sound Output button next to the volume slider
    • Select “EPSON PJ (Intel® Display Audio)”
