VETT-107 Classroom Technology Use

How to get Started:

1. Log in to the computer
2. Wake up the Crestron tablet by tapping the screen
3. Under INSTRCUTOR SOURCE select HDMI
4. This will set the instructor’s computer as the input for the TVs and projector

To Display to the TVs:

1. Select one of the options under the ROUTING section
   1. For example, selecting “Instructor > All” will display the instructor’s screen to all TVs in the classroom

To Display to the Projector:

1. Select the ON option under the PROJECTOR section

When Completed:

1. Sign out of the computer
2. Select the Power Off option in the bottom right corner and the select “All Stations”

Troubleshooting:

Computer Issues:

• Display
  • Assure that the Project settings on the computer are set to “Extend” or “Duplicate”
    • For Extend, press Windows Key + P then click “Extend”
    • For Duplicate, right click on the background of the desktop then click Display Settings
    • Click on the monitor with 2 on it
    • Click on the bottom right drop-down box and select “Duplicate desktop on 2 and 3”
    • Select “Keep Changes” on the pop-up window
• Audio
  • Assure that the Sound Output is set to the speakers
    • This can be done by clicking on the Media Center (button with the Wi-Fi and Sound icons in them)
    • Click on the Sound Output button next to the volume slider
    • Select “Echo Cancelling Speakerphone (2- DELL PROFESSIONAL SOUND BAR AE151)”
