How to get Started:
- Log in to the PC
- Turn on the projector by clicking the blue button on the top left of the remote
To use the Document Camera:
- Power on the document camera by flipping the switch on the top right of the document camera
- Once powered on, you can use Zoom or the Camera application to use the camera for presentations or recordings
When Completed:
- Sign out of the PC
- Turn off the projector by clicking the blue button on the top left of the remote
- Turn off the document camera, if applicable
Troubleshooting:
Projector Issues:
- Assure that the display source is set to “HDMI1”
- This can be done by cycling through inputs using the “Source Search” button on the top right of the remote
PC Issues:
- Assure that the “Project” settings on the PC are set to “Duplicate”
- This can be done by using the media center in the bottom right of the screen
- The following provides an example of Windows 11
- Click on the media center icons
- This will open the media center, in which you can set the “Project” settings
- Click on the “Project” button
- After selecting the “Project” settings, you can select “Duplicate”
