MAIN-102 Classroom Technology Use

How to get Started:

• Log in to the PC
• Turn on the projector by holding the power button on the projector

When Completed:

• Sign out of the PC
• Turn off the projector by holding the power button on the projector

Troubleshooting:

Projector Issues:

• Assure that the display source is set to “Computer 1”
• This can be done by clicking the “Computer 1” button on the projector

PC Issues:

• Assure that the “Project” settings on the PC are set to “Extend”
• This can be done by using the media center in the bottom right of the screen
• The following provides an example of Windows 11
• Click on the media center icons

• This will open the media center, in which you can set the “Project” settings
• Click on the “Project” button

• After selecting the “Project” settings, you can select “Extend”
