How to get Started:
- Log in to the PC
- Turn on the projector by clicking the blue button on the top left of the remote
To use the Document Camera:
- Power on the document camera
- Once powered on, cycle to “HDMI2” using the “Source Search” button on the top right of the projector remote
- The document camera feed will be displayed on the projector
When Completed:
- Sign out of the PC
- Set the input for the projector back to “HDMI1” using the “Source Search” button, if the document camera was used
- Turn off the projector by clicking the blue on the top left of the remote
- Turn off the document camera by double clicking the power button, if applicable
Troubleshooting:
Projector Issues:
- Assure that the display source is set to HDMI 1
- This can be done by cycling through the sources using the “Source Search” button on the top right of the remote
PC Issues:
- Assure that the “Project” settings on the PC are set to “Extend”
- This can be done by using the media center in the bottom right of the screen
- The following provides an example of Windows 11
- Click on the media center icons
- This will open the media center, in which you can set the “Project” settings
- Click on the “Project” button
- After selecting the “Project” settings, you can select “Extend”
