How to get Started:
- Power on and log in to the computer
- Turn on the projector(s) by clicking the blue, power button on the top left of the remote
To use the Document Camera:
- Power on the document camera by flipping the switch on the back of the document camera up
- Once powered on, press the S-Video button on the Input Switch Box in the desk.
When Completed:
- Sign out of the computer
- Turn off the projector(s) by clicking the blue, power button on the top left of the remote
- Turn off the document camera by flipping the switch on the back of the document camera down
Projector Issues:
- Display
- Assure that the display source is set to HDMI 2
- This can be done by cycling through the sources using the “Source Search” button on the top right of the remote
- Assure that all the cables are properly plugged into the computer
- Audio
- Assure that the projector isn’t muted by increasing the volume
- Power
- Go to the projector(s) and press the power button on the bottom of the projector
Document Camera:
- Display
- Assure that the display input is set to Main
- You can do this by pulling out the button right, settings tray on the document camera
- Below Input press the MAIN button
- Assure that all cables are properly plugged into the document camera
Computer Issues:
- Display
- Assure that the Project settings on the computer are set to “Extend” or “Duplicate”
- For Extend, press Windows Key + P then click “Extend”
- For Duplicate, right click on the background of the desktop then click Display Settings
- Click on the monitor with 2 on it
- Click on the bottom right drop-down box and select “Duplicate desktop on 2 and 3”
- Select “Keep Changes” on the pop-up window

- Assure that the Sound Output is set to the projector(s)
- This can be done by clicking on the Media Center (button with the Wi-Fi and Sound icons in them)
- Click on the Sound Output button next to the volume slider
- Select “T05FS0908”
