AirMedia App Guide for Windows, Macintosh, iPhone, and Android

1.  System Requirements

Windows

• Windows 10 or 11
• AirMedia Guest or Deployable App
• Optional: AirMedia Peripheral Installer for wireless conferencing 

Macintosh (macOS)

• macOS version 10.12 or later
• AirMedia app from the App Store
•  

iPhone (iOS)

• iOS 12 or later
• AirMedia app from the App Store
• Uses native Screen Mirroring via AirPlay 

Android

• Android 8.0 or later
• AirMedia app from Google Play
• Note: Audio streaming is not supported on Android devices.

2. Connecting to AirMedia

A. Windows

1. Open a browser and enter the URL address shown on the classroom display.
2. Click Start Presenting.
3. Download and run the AirMedia Guest App.
4. Enter the 4-digit code shown on the display.
5. Begin presenting.

B. Windows

1. Open a browser and enter the URL address shown on the classroom display.
2. Click Start Presenting.
3. Download and run the AirMedia Guest App.
4. Enter the 4-digit code shown on the display.
5. Begin presenting.

C. iPhone (iOS)

1. Open Control Center.
2. Tap Screen Mirroring.
3. Select the AirMedia device (e.g., Room1121.northeast.edu).
4. Enter the 4-digit code shown on the display.
5. Your screen will mirror to the display.

🔊 Audio is supported via AirPlay.

D. Android

1. Open the AirMedia app.
2. Enter the URL address of the AirMedia device.
3. Enter the 4-digit code shown on the display.
4. Tap Start Presenting.

⚠️ Audio is not transmitted from Android devices. Only video is supported.
